Ground white pepper

Usage

White pepper has a more delicate flavour than black pepper and is perfect for light dishes, such as creamy soups and creamy mushroom dishes, in which black pepper would create unwanted colour accents. Fish and vegetables (potatoes) and white meat (chicken, veal, turkey) are also enriched with a nice pinch of pepper.
