The king of pepper! Tellicherry pepper takes a long time to ripen. It is characterised by a peppery taste with woody undertones. Tellicherry pepper is a black pepper and therefore it goes perfectly with any dish you normally season with pepper, e.g. soups, broths, stock, piquant dishes and smoked food (fish, prosciutto, bacon).
